Starship Design Project:Light Systems Vehicle

Light Systems Vehicles are mega-scale vessels that are from 5 kilometers to 15 kilometers in length.

A smaller variant of the systems vehicle classification these behemoths act as self contained world-ships that spend much of their time in interstellar and extra-galactic space, only stopping by a star systems for special needs or missions such as supporting the construction or deconstruction of mega-scale structures or transfer of large populations, etc. Given that these vessels spend much of their time in interstellar space, they typically rely upon smaller vessels to transfer between itself and any star systems that it may be passing, thusly it never need to constantly decelerate and accelerate during its travels. These vessels are not always heavily armed themselves but typically carry within themselves their own fleet of vessels more than capable of any task required.
